Blue Acres Lamiglas rods are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, unless otherwise stated*.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.

* Selected value-rods offer a one-year limited warranty.

When you consider everything that can go wrong, it’s comforting to know your rod won’t be one of them.

Blue Acres Lamiglas rods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your rod fails, return to the place of purchase with the original breakage only or send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE to:

Please include a brief message explaining the problem with the rod, your return address, daytime phone number. Shipping and handling charges will be incured. If the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, the rod will be repaired or replaced to you as quickly as possible. If the problem is due to an unfortunate accident, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear, we will advise you of the cost of the repair and await your approval prior to proceeding. If the rod is beyond repair please refer to our loyalty expeditor programe below. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.

Note: Blue Acres Lamiglas Retailers are not authorized to make warranty decisions. In order for your rod to obtain the proper warranty inspection and determination, the damaged rod must be sent to Blue Acres Lamiglas Warranty Service.

Blue Acres Loyalty Expeditor Programe

Most rod warranty failures occur in the first few uses. Other reasons for breakages include poor or incorrect techniques and plain old accidents, these reasons account for the majority of breakages. At Blue Acres we understand that accidents happen so we offer the loyalty expeditor program.

The Blue Acres expeditor programe replaces the broken rod with the same rod. If the model has been superseded the equilivant model will be supplied.

Pricing for the loyalty program will be advised on each claim depending on the model and may incur postage and handling charges. Retailers can provide pricing based on current models.

* To claim the expeditor programe rods must be registered with Blue Acres within one month the date of purchase.

* Selected value-rods offer a three-year expeditor programe from date of purchase.
